General Shipping info DE:

Since all my garments are made to order please allow 2-7 working days for the production of your order, then allow 3-5 working days for DHL to deliver your package.
If you have a special event or deadline and need help with your order related to shipping, please email concierge@sandrawinterthelabel.com and I will get back to you as soon as possible.

International Orders:
I’m able to ship internationally, however keep in mind that because of the (COVID-19) situation it can take up to 31 working days, especially when you’re located in Australia.
Inside the EU it can take up to 21 working days.
Unfortunately once the package leaves my facility it is out of my control, so I apologies for the inconvenience if it takes longer than expected. Please have
patience and hopefully the situation will allow faster delivery soon.

Exchange & Refunds:


NO refunds are accepted at this point except if the garment is defected, faulty or does not fit and a different size is required.

If the item is faulty or defective, please send me an email and I will remake your garment in exchange for sending it back to me.

If the item doesn’t fit, please send it back to my facility and I will alter it, free of cost.

(The buyer is personally responsible for all return costs except if the item is defect)
It is important for to me that my pieces fit properly so I will try my best to respond to all requests.
